The role
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration of new employees. Manage leave, attendance, and other routine HR processes. Support employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally. Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and consistently followed. Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements. Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records. Support management in resolving employee-related issues and implementing HR initiatives. Assist with day-to-day HR administration and other duties assigned by management.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and workplace policies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Good understanding of employment laws, statutory requirements, and workplace compliance. Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and coordinate effectively across departments. Strong relationship-building skills with employees and management.
